If anything, I believe we will begin getting upgrades couple of weeks after earnings. 4Q will probably exceed expectations become of revenue from NTT and UUnet contracts. Most of the bad news is already factored into the stock. I believe it will temporarily hit upper 20s-30 and the finish tomorrow approx 31 1/2.(just a guess, not a vision) It could be diffcult to enter below 30 for those averaging down. Time will tell--11hrs 50 min. Emile
