this seems like a pretty solid acquisition, with that revenue growth, and serving what is unfortunately a thriving business (criminal detention) the warrants are 1.41 with a strike price of 5.50, so that's a discount of about 50 cents to today's stock price...seems like a pretty reasonable price for a long term option on this deal
