It does appear 90-nm production is shockingly high for Q4 07. It accounts for about 1/3 of wafer outs on a 12" equivalent basis. On a per-wafer basis the percentage of 90-nm would be even higher considering FAB30 is using 200mm wafers. And that is just wafer outs, not packaged CPUs sold and shipped.
