Funny that 200mm wafer outs remain almost unchanged right through Q4 07, as if FAB30 is still almost running at full 90-nm capacity. Apparently "300mm transition to FAB38 starting in H107" must apply to getting equipement in place, rather than actual production. Intel could very well be producing more 45-nm CPUs in Q4 07 than AMD will be producing 65-nm CPUs from FAB38.
