This has been their method to finance operations for the longest, all you have to do is read the 10's to realize they aren't entering any toxic pipes.
The increase in these issuances is indicative of the increased pace of business.
I would expect to see this practice cease in '07 due to cash flow from operations, eg Ford and GM.
