Givens could ask? How many other bios or pharma have refiled and NOT had the clock restarted? Zero? He could have said he assumes it will restart but doesn't know for sure yet. Instead he has to be vague. I don't really buy the standard competitive reasons response. It's a small market, I'm sure all the players have good market surveillance and know what's going on. Not like ency getting approved later will make gild slow down. This saga is getting very old.
