No, I'm talking about the most recent 10Q and all the previous ones.

If you read those you can see clearly how they have been handling the issuances.

They're paying for services and equipment with the shares, no hidden agenda, it's how they have been conducting business for a long time. No reason to do a pipe when this method is perfectly acceptable to those that provide services, per their history.

Once cash flow catches up it will cease to be, as per my prediction for that happening in'07.
