Due to the explosive power of modern communications it's time the ICAAC and other scientific conferences with high visibility review their policies on late entries. It is unfair to both the investment and scientific community to allow sensational late entries to distract from the integrity of a conference. It's one thing to amend a previously submitted abstract; it's another to plant a bomb at the last minute, whether it's positive or negative
for a particular company.
