Hi Jim,

It appears that the Director in question is leaving the Board.

The Chairman has significant work to do to bring on his own people,
hopefully those that will be able to assist the building of a decent
marketing team.

That is most of what the company needs to "reasonably" prosper, and for
the stock to move up significantly from here when they make some better
market penetration with the new product line.

Best hope is with Gigabit Ethernet products, but it will take some time
to sort through. This stock is far from an investment, but there may
come a time when it becomes a fair speculation.
