RESULTS: SHORT SUSPENSION OF 48H FOR MINOR VIOLATIONS ACCEPTED

The rule has been accepted with 44 votes in favor (or about 75%), and 15 against.

I'll implement the rule first tomorrow morning 6AM eastern time which is noon central european time (this works better with my schedule tomorrow).
