We had a tree "specialist" out a couple of yrs ago to access the health of our trees. He said that they are all very healthy and that we shouldn't worry about tree fall. We were particularly worried about a giant that is on the boarder between us and the house to the east. If it fell, it would take their whole house out.

We asked our insurance agent about liability and she said that we don't have any as long as it's an act of nature and they haven't expressly asked us to remove it.
