When the women's movement was in full force it seemed that all women were outraged at their position or lack of it.

I suggest that a majority always felt they were equal. They simply had priorities that were important for them at the time.

The so called equal rights amendment failed, not because it was voted down in every state, but because it failed to keep enough interest to complete the constitutional requirement and receive the approval of 3/4 of the state.

The family has to demand decent schooling for their children. It is not a government issue. Where is the family?

I repeat, where is the family? This is not about self.

Can I change the weather when I don't contribute to a strong family unit?......way too much 60's garbage!!!! I must be freeeeeeeeeeee and if I am not it is someone elses fault.

Probably George Bush's fault or maybe a mind turned inward.
