To Investor - Dow Jones news release DOW JONES NEWS SERVICE 17:48 Soros Group, Ortec Intl -2-: Holds 352,900 Shares >ORTC WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--A group including George Soros holds a 7.6% stake in Ortec International Inc. (ORTC), according to a filing Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The group said it holds 352,900 Ortec common shares for investment purposes. All the shares were purchased between Aug. 20 and Monday at prices ranging from $9.91 to $13.65 a share. Ortec, New York, develops technologies to treat severe burn patients.
