Lhn5, Some of the answers you seek can be found in this somewhat amusing powerpoint presentation: transnexus.com Look at Panels 6 and 7 for an idea of some of the inter-carrier billings I alluded to earlier, and subsequent panels that go further into the distinctions between IP and POTS/Cellular transactions.
