Why not 10,000 free broadcasting stations around the world on the first try, with satellite feeds.

Which means iptv central office has to have 10,000 stream blades, grids or relay racks full of computers.

Local broadcasters can bring you local programing, which is not available else where.

Cable CTMS4 or 5 can do the VOD as well as QAM for DS:.
