Considering the news that reformatted data was requested on the 13th, submission on the 14th is as good as we could expect.

So unless it is again rejected we start a new clock. Expecting class one (60 days) is more probable than not.

I don't like it but that is life.

Given has been presenting the company in the most favorable light. That may not be palatable after so many issues. However, IMHO, derisive comments about him, while understandable are unproductive.
