Impossible for a major to take over SAS, unless the insiders of SAS want to be bought out.

Insiders own above 50% and have built up interesting holdings , begun production and have dreams of becoming a mid tier producer.

I respect the job they have done. And yet the stock has performed poorly, very, very poorly.

Insiders have used this poor performance to buy ever more shares at lower prices, each time there is a new issue. Just a fact. Not saying this is evil or wrong. Individuals could have bought more at lower prices anytime they wanted to.

Check out www.glassearthlimited.com of which SAS owns 48%. Great web site. One of the best. SAS web site is terrible.
