True, Bush is ignoring the will of the people, his father's friends advice, common sense and more. He stubbornly clings to this idea he can achieve military "victory" in the middle of an Iraqi civil war.

Now we can see more clearly what is really happening in Iraq. They need a strongman referee like Saddam to keep them apart, or they need to be allowed to go at each other to their heart's content until all the fight is gone. It really is a crazy country. Which should also remind us about the real danger of relgious extremism. Remember what these people are really fighting about, two different interpretations of Islam. In other words, BS.
