george, re Barrons I must be somewhat older than you are as I remember buying Barrons for 50 cents back in the early 80s...Every weekend, required reading, use of the stats to update charts, read every article...Not long ago at an airport I picked up a copy for $2 and it didn't have the allure it used to...I have a subscription to ValueForum which is the only money I spend on financial information anymore other than for charts, which in the case of StockCharts doesn't seem to be working today. Where are you going with all this discussion regarding GLD...and its operation? Is there anything worth figuring out that will make you a dime??? See the US Dollar and you'll see where Gold is headed...When this rally crests it'll be time to buy miners and gold...Look at the Thanksgiving gaps...
