Maureen was able to call me back about an hour ago. She said they just have a huge mess to clean up. She had a sense of humor about all of it, since they weren't injured or realized much real damage. Her neighbor had a tree fall on top of his new pickup. That would be a heartbreaker for him. Maureen said they remain without power, but expect that back fairly soon as they are on a main feeder trunk line that will get early attention. What about Karen? Anyone know if they're okay? Not sure if her area had those same high winds.
