Ted, I was wondering whether the media seemed all too quick to point out that Shareef "acted on his own," as if they are more terrified of the reaction from our own people than the threat of Islamic fundamentalism itself.

And that's because there was no indication he belonged to a larger group....and it was not the media who came to that conclusion but the police. Also his MO was so unsophisticated......terrorists working in a group tend to be more clever than that.

By the way, do you support what the author of that article advocates?

> That’s why the only sensible policy today, as Chronicles’ foreign-affairs editor Srdja Trifkovic has argued, is to treat adherence to Islam as grounds for an automatic denial of entry to the United States.

Not at all.......I was in a hurry and didn't want to take the time to find a better article.

Do you?
