If he decides to run for President, Barack Obama must do an analysis of the issues that could affect him.

The land question is one---Rezko-----better to get these kind of questions answered now. Agree that Hilary won't bring up the question about the land as she has too many skeltons in her own closet.

More important than the land question are the ones that people will want to know------how liberal is he, do the endorsements gained by the various organization represent his views?

As one of the articles on this board noted Obama was born in 1961-----he was too early to be a flower child of the 1960's; too young to have been in the Vietnam War.

To Obama's credit, a big credit, he survived the drug years of the 1970's and 1980's-----when drugs had become prevalant in our schools and universities. How he did this and survived is certainly a story he needs to tell and be an example to young people who are on the road to destroying their brains with meth etc.

In 1980, the year Reagan was elected the first time. Obama was 19----implying that he should have some understanding of those years when the silent majority of Americans got royally pod and elected President Ronald Reagan.

Reagan was elected by both Republicans and Democrats in a landslide in 1980 and 1984---he was strong on defense, reducing taxes and assuring that Americans could buy homes again (mortgages had gotten to 20%)-----a young family of Obama's age now,45, could not afford to buy then.

One of the questions the press liked to put out to Reagan
supporters---------"Do you think Reagan is too conservative for America?"

The press ploy being that you will fall into the trap and agree with the implied answer-----yes he is too conservative. (And, of course he wasn't.)

The press will be asking the same about Obama to supporters-----"Do you think Obama is too liberal for America?"

That is truly a question that we seek to have answered----what does liberalism mean to Obama----not in platitudes but in specifics--------defense, immigration, education, social security, taxation, corporate law, courts, human rights, space program, combatting terrorism etc.
