So I did read it correctly. Hmmmm. Now a new clock starts ticking. This PRE 14A was filed 9/26 and D-Day is 11/15. They now have 45 days left to get enough consents when they couldn't get enough the first time. I would love to be a fly on the wall in that boardroom next month.

Could get interesting. Tick, tick, tick.....
