Please rrufff don't put words in my mouth... I never stated that. I stated that a S8 registration was filed. No more no less. So are saying that from the past S8 registrations they have never issued those shares? How did the OS get to nearly the previous AS Limit and why did they suddenly increase it? RE:I would like to see the company acknowledge a change from historical activity. They just raised the AS to 900 million from 500 million. Do you consider that a change from the past history? How will that have a effect on the shareholders trust that they won't continue the same S8, SB-2, Regdex delusive practices?
