GS Field Technician Technician who is charged with the State-wide Telecom Network which comprises of ATM-Frame Relay Network, Long Haul SONET and DWDM Network, Voice Switching Network, Packet Switching and Voice over IP Network, Verizon Internet Service Network, SS7 Signaling Network and Fiber-To-The-Premises (FTTP) Network which are deployed in any type of Central Offices (i.e. HUB, POP, ILA, REGEN)
Technician who is responsible for maintaining 100 % availability and reliability of all Transport Network Elements such as FUJITSU SONET (FLASH 192, FLM 600/2400 TRIB) and FUJITSU DWDM Equipment (FLASHWAVE 4500, 7500, 7200, 7600), LUCENT LAMBDA XTREME DWDM, TELLABS TITAN 5500 DACS, TITAN 532L DACS as well as the new TITAN High Density which are deployed in any type of Central Offices (i.e. HUB, POP, ILA, REGEN)
Technician who is responsible for maintaining 100 % availability and reliability of all Switching Network Elements such as CISCO ROUTERS, LUCENT ATM /FRAME RELAY SWITCHES (CBX-500 and GX-550), SONUS and RIVERSTONE Soft Switches, LUCENT 5ESS SWITCH, NORTEL SUCCESSION SWITCH, Nortel DMS 250 which are deployed in a HUB type of Central Office.
