OK - alias - that's the way you want to play it. I'm going to ask Dave to review your last post. You've lied about me and made your posts about me, in essence a personal attack and a violation of TOU.
Let's review.
My last few posts to you on the ACHI boards are about what you said, i.e., about your post, not about you. You stated AS A FACT that ACHI had diluted. You now claim that even though you stated it as a fact, all posts are opinions.

You clearly stated, as a fact, that they issued the 30 million shares, and, when challenged, YOU COULD NOT BACK THAT UP. I'd ask anyone to read your post and come up with a contrary interpretation of your post. I have asked you over and over if you had evidence that they actually issued the stock. You have not provided it.
I have not asked your opinion of whether they might or will or could or should or would be issued. That's not w/i the scope of my post or comments to you. You are entitled to express your opinion and I would not find fault with you. I do find fault with your statement of fact that they had issued 30 million shares, a statement which you were unable to back up, and which you were forced to retract (i.e., by claiming that all posts are opinion no matter how one makes them appear to be factual and perhaps misleading anyone who hasn't read your general disclaimer about all posts ever made by anyone LOL.)
I would ask you if you disagree with anything I've stated above, other than your claim that all posts are merely opinions.
2. Then you get personal and bring up old posts of mine. SI Dave has repeatedly posted to you that this is not about posters. It's about posts. I have traded this successfully several times. I do own the stock currently at a loss. It's not a large position and I don't have to defend myself to the likes of you.
I do recall that you post that you trade stocks. So is there any objection to others doing the same? I was clearly wrong in my 2 old posts about this stock, where I thought it would go to .20's. At least I am brave enough to admit that. You, on the other hand, have been shown to be clearly wrong in your statement of fact (since retracted) that the 30 million shares had already been issued.

3. The third old post of mine that you cited, indicated that I buy shares when nobody wants them. I think that's good advice. I typically average down. I buy shares of companies that are out of favor. I've done very well doing this and my history speaks for itself. As I post over and over, I have a diversified portfolio. One can bash each stock in the portfolio. It's easy to be a moronic generic basher. It's tougher to put yourself out there and actually recommend a stock. I'll issue you a challenge near the end of this post to that effect. Let's see if you have the guts to meet the challenge.
4. You mis-state my opinion, and, hence, lie about my posts. I have never stated that I did not believe there had been past dilution. In fact, I've posted about past dilution, which, in case you did not know, involved toxic financing with Cornell, with whom they apparently have been trying to dis-engage.

I've also stated that my opinion is that the dilution has caused the share price decline and that the share price now reflects the fact of past dilution and the current state of the entity.
3. I'm not here to either recommend the stock or to defend the dilution, and you lied about my posts and about my being "defensive." You, on the other hand, postulate your theories, state them as fact, in an attempt to mislead others and create FUD, Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt, the mark of a Moronic Generic Basher (MGB).
I've been consistent with my posts. I treat this as an "all or none" play. That is, IF they hit with a major manufacturer, it could still be a multi-bagger. I've also posted that dilution has and can kill rallies so trading needs to be done carefully.
As to whether or not the dilution is for personal benefit or for legitimate business purposes, we do not know. You claim it is an "ATM" for insiders but you don't cite any explanation other than stock was issued. Was it issued as part of the business? You seem to be stating, again as fact, that the company is issuing stock for personal benefit. I suggest that this is the MO of a Moronic Generic Basher and would advise others to look at your posts and your background.
Finally, you go from board to board trashing extremely speculative stocks. I would like to issue a challenge to you.
I have lots of stocks that I own and about which I post. They are mostly extremely speculative and can all be bashed. What stocks do YOU like in this speculative area of the market? You've said you sit in your coffee shop in the Ukraine and post while trading. Let's see if you have the courage to list a few of your very speculative picks. I know you were claiming to have traded PAIV PAVC successfully. Perhaps you are a perfect pretend trader. Here's your chance to establish some credibility and to silence any critics.
So alias- do you have the stones to pick any speculative penny stocks that you feel will do well in the immediate future?
