TACT Looking Good: Take a look at TACT. A week or so ago, it was featured in IBD, which seemed to present longtime longs a chance to sell. The stock has strong support at 18, and yesterday and today is showing signs of resuming its uptrend. It's a nice looking chart and a strong company. Should be good for an extended to move to 30. PM
