That holds for any company. Any company can issue or reissue shares based on what is authorized I still can't get the point. As far as the warrents they don't kick in until the price is over a dollar and if they want to issue shares at that level that's ok with me. Also why whould Eutro go to all the trouble getting the float reduced and then undo what they have done?
