Hitler, Napoleon, Nixon and Alexander made the same mistake. Their pride wouldn't let them admit when they had blown it and overextended, that the original goal was no longer realistic. It's really stunning that GW has totally ignored the Baker-Hamilton commission and the voice of the American people. No good will come of this. And McCain isn't helping.
