Most lists accept money or advertising from the Physicians. I thought about it a bit, and realized that it would take research to find out which medical person referred to whom. You would have to "network" it.

For instance: Find out who which dentists the Oral surgeons in a area refer patients to. Then cross-check it. The downside would be getting sued for recommending someone who the customer didn't like.
