It is a general policy that applies to all pink sheet stocks that trade "unsolicited." This covers most pink penny stocks.

It's just a fact of life in pink sheets stocks, a general "red flag" to use your term, nothing specific to this company.

Personally, I think the SEC should not allow stocks to trade if they don't have effective and efficient full disclosure of unaudited financials. But that's not the way the SEC enforces. So, this company trades w/i the current SEC framework and the message by pinksheets is nothing more than a general prohibition that applies to all unsolicited pinkies.
