She knows not:

1) China civilization has distance to travel to close on USA pop culture. First they have to stop smoking, spit in the street, and clear the air.

2) If need be, USA could buy underwear from India or Mexico but where does employment come for several hundred million Chinese.

3) Only Nixon could have gone to China. Perhaps only Paulson can save China.
