I'm sorry I missed it, how did you arrive at 900 million shares outstanding? And what was outstanding when you paid .04?

As of October 15, 2006, 415,202,850 shares of $.001 par value common stock were outstanding.

Add 30m more (if and when given) on 11/20/2006 or 445m
