Hi everyone,
I am a old SI buddy, but have not been active since late 2000.

Was looking at Altera, great company, but the stock has done nothing since 2004. I had considered buying the stock in my IRA, but with questionable growth the PE in the 20s seems a bit high.

If anyone cares, Merrill Lynch has a target of 24, but despite their semi analysts being good people, I think their arguments are not the strongest to buy Altera. But the stock is worth watching
