A certain poster has claimed as fact that the company is diluting and using the proceeds for their own personal use, inferring the company is a scam and the shares are being used for personal gain by the insiders and are not being used to move the company forward.

I think that is also a very misleading and illegal statement and think this poster should provide 100% proof that the company is diluting and pocketing the money for their personal use.

If proof can not be provided, I once again ask that the admin remove the blatantly false posts and remove the poster as well, as the poster seems to habitually lie, as can be proven, in an effort to harm others for his own personal gain.
