hmmm - you didn't answer the questions I posed to you, but that's ok, I understand your hesitance. Now, again, you label me a "bull" when I have specifically said I am not. So, you now, and it must be intentional, lie about my posts, and a further TOU violation of SI. I've already answered that the increase in AUTHORIZED shares enables the company to issue additional shares. Unlike you, I am not claiming that the shares have been issued. Unlike you, I am not claiming that all shares will be issued for "personal ATM" purposes. I do not know if they will be issued for legitimate business purposes or as a result of financing. I would like to know. I do state that I don't know if, when or for what purposes the stock would be issued. I do state that this creates an uncertainty in the share price and, is, IMO, the reason why the stock is priced where it is. I believe in the efficiency of markets and hope that we can work together to make markets more effficient and fair. But I prefer truth and objectivity to statements of opinion posted as fact.
