We're at a turning point in WSCE. We have unbelievably over-qualified personnel for a small energy stock. (Check previous posts). The stock price has bounced off 0.40 and is not at a "cross the line" point. The next few weeks will tell the story. I expect (my opinion) the share price to surge ahead as favorable financing is announced.
