I did a buy/write on NFLD last week, buying the stock at an average price of $15.29 and selling the Jan 10 call at an average of $6.74. The stock closed at $14.79 Friday, and has traded in a range of $8-18 the last 52 weeks.

I've owned a few shares for almost 2 years. They have a blood substitute in phase three testing. The test parameters are a little different from most with the product being used in emergency situations rather than on a fixed group of patients with a specific disease. If you know of this company and/or it's product, there are a few combinations that look attractive, depending on ones assessment of their possibilities.

Not a recommendation to do anything one way or another.
