Gold is not rallying because I believe that secret deals are in the works to cut and run in Iraq, while spin-doctors figure out the words to create the illusion of victory. Saudis are ticked off, as they do not want Iran to get Iraq, and will try and undermine Iran's economy by flooding the world with oil, bringing down the price of gold with it. GS is focussed on China, and ways to sell US goods to China to reduce its $ reserves. I'm personally buying Chinese stocks, and Yaun denominated bonds. Short Natural Gas. Great commentary, Slider.
