Following are some links related to Enron. Why does Skilling (who was with the company only for 8 months) gets more than 50 years when Andrew Fastow walks free only after 6 years (maybe less). Is Fastow guilty? I don't know but definitely one of them including others who went scot free refusing to testify after taking constitutional protection.
