ACHI is not in the bnaking business and has nothing to do with ATM machines.
ACHI in not in the banking business I agree with you. They do however issue S8 shares on a quarterly rate. S8 shares in case you are not aware are for company employees and insider consultants financial benefits. Thereby my assessment and comparison of an ATM cash cow. This is how the company pays its workers. They then must sell their shares to get the cash.. Very much like going to an ATM machine to make a withdraw. The only problem is the Loyal share holder become diluted and the price plummets as evidenced in this chart!

I think it is illegal for a poster to post continuous lies, claiming non factual things as fact, bash very negatively with deceptive information and then publicly post to people giving them the name of a company that will allow shorting of this stock and then actually admitting he will go short as he recruits others to go short.
I have posted the information directly filed with the SEC that clearly illustrates this process of payments to the company insiders. No lies just the facts. I also pointed out two days after the company raised its AS to 900 million on the Nevada site for you. that is a fact not fiction! The link I found that shows shortable stocks was posted on another message board. Yes it does show ACHI is shortable. Shorting stocks is Legal and a necessary function of the market for liquidity! I have made no recommendation whatsoever ... all I do is present people with choices...
IMO, these actions are illegal and can cause harm to the company and it's shareholders.
I have done nothing illegal and the only harm being done here is ACHI diluting its loyal share holders. IMO
Please PROVE with FACTS that ACHI is an 'ATM machine'. Dilution is NOT proof of ANYTHING you claim and dilution is common in the micro arena and every micro stock is not in banking or ATM machines. Calling ACHI an "ATM MACHINE" is not only wrong, but illegal as he staes this as a fact, yet in every filing, every PR, I do NOT see that ACHI is in the ATM business. I think making such a false and misleading statement while admitting you are trying to short while recruiting others to short and giving them the info as to what company they should contact to short this stock, is likely highly illegal.

S8 shares is money directly paid to company related parties through shares issuance that must be sold to make the withdraw functions to receive the funds. The same as the company paying the employee the money in their bank account and going to the ATM machine to withdraw it. Only with S8 shares the company can bypass payroll taxes. This could be considered Illegal by the IRS and the company could be held liable to pay back taxes and penalties. IMO
IMO< in the best interest of SI, I think this posters posts should be removed and he should be banished due to such obvious and blatant repeated attempts to mislead and deceive for an agenda he has now admitted. BASH the stock with false information, while recruiting people and encouraging them to short, should not be allowed on SI and once again, I will check with the proper authorities to see if this public action is illegal. I know others are also doing the same and I highly suggest all members watch this persons actions very closely and if the false, misleading and possibly illegal posts continue, contact the admin of the site and the proper authorities, as many others are already doing.
Where do you make this stuff up? I now present you with some choices... You could ignore me.. you could debate me.. you can report me.. you can do as you like... but you should stop with the accusations of total nonsense, that is illegal in my opinion.
