GM assembly plants that are idle, must be modernized with full automation. Moving belt assembly plants will come back, because hand assembly plants maybe cheaper for now, but the labor content is too high. Burnout is a constant problem even in moving belt assembly plants.

Manual labor shortages and quality control by hand assembly will make such decisions, a major future liability.
