You will force me to be blunt in my role as devil's advocate.
The answer to your question is GREED.
The second all those shares from the warrants are put into the float, the share price will drop like a rock. That is a fair amount of dilution.
The company now owns much more of itself. As the price rises, the book value of the company will increase dramatically, BUT the company will be no richer until they convert some of those shares into cash. I am of the opinion that the company would be wise to buy back the 50 million at .0035 and leak enough of the shares to cover the cost of buying the 50 million. (Just over 2 million shares at current bid) Then cert the 47.whatever million shares and let us buy up the rest. The price would drop, but only low enough for us to be able to affort the 2.whatever million.
What I am saying is a stellar stock price does not make this a better comapny. They need cash. The only way they are going to get cash is to sell some stock. The best way to do both is to get the 50 million back, cert about 45 million and sell off the rest to us. That would get them $200,000+ in the bank for future use, and assure us that the 45 million is out of the float. If they could prove to me that the float is truly in the 20 million area -- hell even in the 25 million area, I would buy the crap out of this stock. There are others who question the 50 million as I do. Brad needs to put that to bed somehow. If he does, the stock will soar.
This is not one of my better, more concise posts, but it does put some other ideas out there. I would love to hear what eveyone thinks.
To me, the 15 million is not as big a deal as everyone is making it out to be.
