Jethro, some more info on McCaws role in NXLK post-ipo. "After the stock offering, Eagle River, which is controlled by Craig O. McCaw will own appr. 83% of the Class B Common Stock, representing 80% of the voting power of the company." He is now one of four Directors listed on the Board.
