They knew the guy had serious personal issues when they drafted him. They should have been doing more supervising of his personal life IMO if they were going to take a chance on him. Teams are going to start taking character much more seriously going forward IMO. It's always been high on the list in Green Bay but I think your going to start seeing other teams putting much more emphasis on it.
