This is taken from the S-8, it supplies the definition of what or who an optionee is.

"Optionee" shall mean any person employed or associated with the affairs of the Company who has been granted one or more Stock Options under the Plan."

So quite clearly they can issue shares to anyone or entity that is associated with the company, this would include equipment suppliers.

This is where I suspect the majority of the shares go, those turning centers don't come cheap.

It would also be logical to use shares for legal services, printing, wages, etc.

Hardly a forkin atm.

When trying to evaluate a small company it is prudent to look at all aspects of its operation not just the issuance of shares.

The very fact that they have been buying equipment, adding key personnel, would preclude the atm suggestion.

If one wants to enrich themselves through dilution, why bother adding personnel and equipment, much less using those new hires to get contracts with Ford and GM.

So quite clearly aliasbs is nothing more than a basher who refuses to look at the total picture, for the most obvious reason that it would blow a hole in his ridiculous statements.

Oh and he is posting the same stuff on all the ACHI message boards(other than SI) under the alias shortinsand(or something like that).

Ignor the freep.

Dave.
