More specifically, draw the line from 7/28/95 @ 50 to 11/28/95 @ 45
to 1/23/97 @ 40 to 7/15/97 @ 35 Notice the consistancy of price recovery in reference to previous high, five points each time. The most recent high following the 7/15/97 @ 35 was a test of that level on 9/9/97 @ 35 and didn't take out the old high. This spells disaster from a technical point of view because the short term chart is confirming the long term trendline. Short term volatility has brought about the previous recoveries but each one was weaker than the preceeding one.
