I would say 40 million is more realistic. You need about 12 million dollars at the most miniscule of producers. That is why I do high grade and in place mills and other infrastructure. It might work at these prices. You can work from 10 cents on the dollar.

If you needed to do a small to medium underground mine from scratch you would need about 40 to 60 million dollars minimum. (The Lakeshore in Kirkland Lake cost the equivalent of 600-800 million to do in 1929. KGI has spent a fraction of that so far.) For most juniors that would mean 80 million shares out. And if you have to drill it off, good luck. The chances of being able to show ore to 4000 feet in a CDN gold mine is not good with the regs and atmosphere today. We can do it in two or three places, but I don't think that many people believe it can be done today.

They only have a 300 ton per day mill? Or did I miss something?
