Noticed that the latest COT Gold report (as of 12/12, and thus excluding the 12/15 $11 break), shows Commercials INCREASING longs futures and options by 5,800 contracts. This was during a steady market period. Seems inconsistent with ideas of institutional selling. Maybe the Goldmans and JP Morgans are leading the verbal barrage on gold,silver,oil and other natural resources while quietly buying the breaks. Just a thought.
