I'll give you my assessment of them and the game against Wake. I went to see the game with my daughter.
Wake has a point guard #10 Smith that runs the team. He penetrates dishes and hits the open guys.

Our guards were a little too big for him down inside, especially Jamon Gordon. Dowdell had a good game from the charity stripe but he was about 2 for 9 from the field. We got good production from Krab... Deikeite..and Washington and the number three forward ( forgot his name ).

We are deeper than last year as evidenced by Gordon going down in the second half and our still winning the game. He got hurt on a running slam dunk over the Wake guard so that says how we were playing down the stretch.

Our bench is stronger than last year. Our reserves were better than Wake. When Smith fouled out, Wake lost tempo and continuity. Dowdell hit 10 for 13 at the line and that says about how we won this one.

It was a quality win.

Witcher , some home cooking ,,being from Rocky Mount Va. is something to see. He plays above the Freshman level, and can contribute.

Greenburg finally got Coleman on the bench where he belongs. That kid will graduate in a fog, and wonder where he has been for 4 years....

I think we will win 4 to 5 more games this year than last..
